i would advise against it. First real question is how bad is it. I mean if it is a meteor face and results in scarring you have to see a doctor and get medication. But most over the counter and herbal remedies will not really help much. The OTC skin can help but like one person said its bacteria that causes inflammation. I would make sure to wash you face and wait it out like us teens use to do many years ago.
first, acne is just ceborrea, wich means lots of grease.
this comes from genetics, and the more u try to “clean” it the bigger the acne becomes.
i mean, the body natural reflex is to create more grease when it “feels” the skin dry.
the only way to “stop” acne or at least control it, is to visit a dermatologist.
ive used the vinegar as an astringent but as soon as i clean it off my face was again full of grase….
beware of usin such “remedies” cuz theyu can cause more harm or make the problem worse…
acne is not JUST grease. that is part of it, but bacteria is the other part. garlic or vinegar can kill bacteria, and it also dries the grease. I do agree with the last guy that overdrying skin causes the skin to make more grease in an effort to reach balance. so, my recommendation is to use antibacterial drying agent followed by a moisturizer. It may take a few weeks for the skin to get used to this so be consistent. The other step to add at the beginning of the routine is exfoliation. this could be done with a gentle scrub, a soft brush, or even a washcloth.
good luck

You won’t have to worry nobody will get close enough to you to even notice you have acne.
