The cheapest way to fight acne.
Your acne is cause by your oily skin. Bacteria loves oily skin. Wash your face three times a day with only warm water. If you don’t have access to a sink, use a tissue paper to dry your skin (gently patting it on your skin to soak up all the oil).
For spot treatments, wash (with only warm water) and dry your face then use an unscented alcohol base hand sanitizer (like germ-x) on the spot.

I’m sorry to tell you this but you need to go to the doctor. As long as you are not picking at your face (if you pick at your face it will never ever heal) it is an inner problem. Most likely your acne is do to hormone changes (do to stress, birth control pills, or an underlying problem) and an incorrect diet. You may need just a simple round of acne antibiotics to get it under control and then use fragrance free soaps and moisturizers. (family doc can help you with antibiotics)
The absolute only thing that will work as a home remedy is altering your diet drastically. Dr. Perricone has a great diet for healthy skin. It works but like any healing it takes time and a lot of work.
You will not find anything at home or at the store that will help you. I’m sure you have tried proactive and if that did not help you need meds.
I know how it feels. Please do not suffer thinking it will go away or you will find help in a mask or vitamin. Go to the doctor make them give you antibiotics and get off birth control if you are on it. Acne never really goes away it always has to be managed.

homemade acne treatment is to make a paste of honey with cinnamon and nutmeg. All you need is about one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and about half of it nutmeg powder. Add some honey to make enough paste to cover the inflammed area completely. Just lie down as honey may dribble down. Wait for 10 to 15 minutes and wash with luke warm water.
