I’m a vegan and I have a little acne and would like to remove my acne without spending a whole bunch of money. Any one got any home remedies?

You can clean your skin with apple cider vinegar as a simple home remedy. Check out http://useinfo-acne.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.

You may be deficient in certain minerals.
Unless you take a supplement, you will almost certainly be low on zinc which is essential for skin maintenance.
YOU CANNOT cut out two food groups (meat and dairy) and expect to be healthy without a supplement.

As long as it has salicylic acid and it says its not tested on animals it should be okay.

Tea Tree essential oil. Dab a little directly onto each spot.

Yes. Natural LIVE yoghurt. Use it like a face pack over night, every night. You will need to change your pillowcase daily, but it will work.
Natural, unflavoured LIVE yoghurt. About 40p a pot. Holland & Barrett or other health food stores.

I use baking soda ~ Just wash your hands then wet your face . Pat some baking soda on your face rub around then rinse off.

    Teatree oil. Works brilliantly.
Edit: My learned colleague below mentions dietary zinc, which doesn’t occur much in dairy btw, but good (non-supplement) sources include nuts and seeds, such as cashews, pecans and pepitas. As a matter-of-fact, I’ve eaten some of each of those today to help fight off the makings of a cold.

Dab some water soluble lavender oil on the nasty pimples.

There’s different types of acne, but if you have individual spots, try some Tom’s of Maine toothpaste on a pimple (apply before you go to bed). Also, make sure not to touch your face during the day, avoid makeup, and keep your hair away from your face. Also change your pillowcase every couple of days as your face can pick up oil, etc from your pillowcase. If your acne is caused by more of an allergic reaction, then you’ll want to figure out what you are allergic to… good luck!
